Shea Homes/City of Tustin – Tustin Legacy, Tustin CA

At the outset of the Tustin Legacy development process, PVA was retained by Shea Homes to assist with the planning of the project groundbreaking event, and conduct public outreach to support infrastructure development.   Working closely with the City engineering department and neighboring residents and commercial property owners, PVA helped address the impacts of construction for the Tustin Ranch extension over Edinger Ave. and more.   

PVA was responsible for:

• Property owner meetings
• Community presentations
• Ongoing interface between the project team and city of Tustin staff
